Classes and Workshops

  • To secure your place in any workshop, class or sit ‘n’ stitch session, we require a deposit or full payment as specified in the listing at the time of booking.
  • Payment for all sessions can be made online (via secure online payment provider Stripe).
  • Each person attending is required to have a paid booking.
  • Workshop deposits are non-refundable and not exchangeable for store credit.
  • Workshop balances are to be fully paid on the day specified.
  • Cancellations for any sessions made more than two weeks (14 days) from the booked date will forfeit the deposit paid OR 50% of the advertised fee if the booking has been prepaid in full – OR you can find a replacement participant.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop date will forfeit the full fee paid – OR you can find a replacement participant. If you wish to attend on an alternative date then you will need to re-book and pay a new booking fee for that date.
  • The Quilting Room reserves the right to cancel a session if the minimum booking is not achieved OR if unforeseen circumstances force the rescheduling of the sessions. Full refunds will be given or a replacement workshop offered to the same value as the workshop being cancelled. 
  • You will be notified at least 2 days before the scheduled date of the workshop if cancellation is deemed necessary.​
  • Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children – thank you for your understanding
  • All electrical leads/appliances are to have current test and tagged stickers
