Description
Heirloom Rose is a twelve month BOM designed by Lisa Bongean, of Primitive Gatherings in Wisconsin, US. Lisa has been designing beautiful quilts and smaller projects with wool applique for many years.
The Quilting Room is proud to be distributing Heirloom Rose as a BOM.
Heirloom Rose is a truly beautiful quilt. The background is grey flannel with hand dyed wool for the applique. Valdani hand dyed Perle threads are used to embellish the applique.
Finished quilt measures 55″ x 55″
Heirloom Rose is a 12 month Block of the Month
You will be charged 1 month’s fee up front as a registration fee. This will be credited to your final (12th) month.
Each month you will receive background fabric and hand dyed wool to complete that months block. You will also receive 26 Valdani Perle threads over the twelve months to decorate your applique. Month ten, eleven and twelve you will receive wool and fabric for the sashing and borders.
Additional Valdani threads can be purchased from The Quilting Room if required.
Cancellation Policy: Registration fee is non-refundable. Any part of the BOM already received is non-refundable. No further patterns etc will be sent. You are committing to a 12 month program.
