Description
Join Helen in the riverside town of Mannum South Australia, and explore the world of wool applique. Over the four days Helen will discuss and demonstrate wool applique and embellishing using a variety of threads including Eleganza Perle cotton threads, specialty threads, braids and beads. A variety of hand embroidery stitches will be covered over the four days to create texture and dimension to your project. Helen’s specialty is Sue Spargo inspired applique. Warning, working with wool is very addictive!
A variety of patterns and kits will be available to purchase at the workshop, or bring along your own woolly project to work on
